man i loved how one of the guys said "Hate to be an ass but it sounds to me like someone beat the shit out of his GT-R showing off and now it's broken.

If you're one of those guys that needs to speed everywhere or use LC to look cool, have fun proving your case. The black box records your driving style like Z06 pointed out, but you already knew this ahead of time. I suspect you just made the incorrect assumption that your car was indestructible.

Sorry this happened dude. "

the way i see it if you can afford $60k+ for a car im sure you can afford the repairs. i mean who buys a car that expensive knowing they cant afford the repairs. i use to complain about having to pay money for premium in my svtf but hey thats the price you gotta pay to play.
plus nissan already has the black box data and the owners manual said not to opperate the car with the VDC off unless its to get it out of mud or snow. sucks to be him.

always read the fine print....

and now for the "haha" like Nelson.

If I'm buying a car that expensive, I'm paying someone to look over the warranty contract...

x2

there where worker riots in japan when they anounced they where goin with a v6.

honestly i think its nissans fault. if they are goin to put a feature on a car but not put a trans thats strong enough to use it they should fix it. they porbly dont cover it because they know the trans couldnt handle the power.

yea, isnt that what it is anyway? its not a v8 it has a v6 twin turbo

Speaking of the powertrain, I think its dumb that engines and transmissions arent interchangable. Each one is made for the other, so if owners have something break down the line when they outta warrenty, you can't just go to the junkyard or order a new trans. Good luck with maintanence
