car bumping on the road

hey guys i have seen this a couple day ago and still having this problem.

while im driving i can feel how my car makes a small jumping on the road mostly on highways, i thought it could be the road but i drove my friends car the same point and nothign so the problem is my car , i dont know what it could be, but when i took my car to a workshop they told me that the front passenger wheel bearing is bad and also the rear right bearing is bad too, and while the car was up, i moved the rear right wheel so easy and it feels like some bolt is loose or something.

but the bearings are bad since bout 2 months ago, and the problem im having (the bumping wheel) is like 1 week ago till now. so i dont know if this could be the rear right shock or something, but i dont really know, i dont want to spend some money and after still having the same problem.

i know its hard to say what exactly it is, but hope you guys can give me some really good comments.

It's difficult to diagnose a problem like this, when there are other existing problems that give similar effects. If you really have bad wheel bearings and something loose in the rear suspension/wheel, they need to be fixed.

But that "jumping" symptom....the several times I actually felt that symptom ended up being a bad U-joint in a drive-shaft, and a frozen-up CV joint in a front drive-shaft.

Good luck....this could cost you.

rockauto has them between 27 and 40 bucks depending on brand, then you will have to pay to have the old bearings removed from the hub and the new ones pressed in (this part of the process cost me about $20). after that, installing them is easy.

i don't think i've seen a how-to on the front ones. but it is pretty straight forward.
If you buy a Haynes manual it will tell you everything you need to know
