will they make a turbo diesel version? cause those r just awesome

the price seems reasonable... according to car and driver itll start around 21? seems pretty good for a brand new car with an estimated 45mpg highway and torque to boot

All modern passenger car diesels are turbo-diesels. same with most trucks too, have been for a while.
And what the car is sapposed to be priced at and what the dealership will give it to you is two different things... unfortunately when it comes to cars like the TDI jetta

Might be worth a consideration but diesel prices here are higher than premium gas so whatever MPG savings goes down the drain.

yea but all it says is that its a 4 banger...no turbo involved, i know they do make them, but this verison doesnt seem to be one, granted its pushing like 240ft/lb without one

TDI Turbo Direct Injection. No way it can make 240ft/lb if it's normally aspirated.
