Minus One

This is what happens when a Ford F-150 with a bullguard rear ends a Focus going about 60 mph in traffic. GF was driving to class and the guy pushed her over 10 feet under the car in front of her. She's kinda ok. going to pt and chiro to get the severe whiplash looked at.

2000 ZTS with only 54000 miles. and i just fixed the blower motor relay!!!

this happened 2 months ago. just got some parts cleared with the insurance.

Wow, glad she's not hurt any more than she is. Sounds like it could have been much worse. You say she was pushed 10 feet under the car in front of her? I'm surprised there's not more damage to the front.

My god man! I also am surprised how well the front held up to being pushed under another car. Glad your gf's okay, make that dumb f150 PAYYYY!!

the car in front of her was a CR-V so it was higher. plus, she was already on the brakes so the front must have dove very low and slipped under it... not much just a bit.

Ah, she was very lucky that way.

You remind me of a funny accident I saw once. Yes, I said "funny accident" - I'll explain. Some time ago, I was driving down a street in Charlotte and saw an accident in the other lane that was a rear-end collision. The front car was an old '69 Chevelle that was jacked up in the rear end. The rear car was an '89 or so Honda Civic. The Civic had obviously panicked and nailed the brakes, causing the front end to dip dramatically. The Civic slid up under the car so far that the Chevelle's rear pumpkin was sitting in the middle of the Civic's hood with the Chevelle's bumper touching the Civic's windshield. It even raised the Chevelle up in the air a little bit. As I passed by, a friend riding in the car with me looked over and said "It looks like mating season".

I am glad to hear you gf is OK, tell her to keep up with her therapy and she will be OK. I had severe whiplash when I was 16, it took me over ten years to get fully straightened out. That was before chiros and physical therapy. Sucks about the fofo.
