Rim Tire Info

I new and a first time poster here so bear with me guys.

I have a stock 2002 Ford Focus Sedan. A guy wants to sell me some rims and tires. They look great. Price is 400$ for all 4.

BF Goodrich comp t/a tires p215/50 off of a ford contour with rims (16 x 6.5). Will these rims fit my Focus???? Do you think this is a good deal?

Currently I have 15 x 6 rims and mismatched tires due to some recent flats.

OK now I got the rims and tires and they look great. How many times should I be able to turn on the lug nuts. The OEM wheels were like 5-51/2 times around the new wheels are like 4 times around. Do I need longer lugs installed?????

you shouldn't need new lugs, however, when you put the tire on, make sure you use the cross pattern to torque them on.
