2008 annoying rattle!

guys/gals.. first off i have a '08 SES Sedan Automatic. I have this annoying rattle that seems like is coming from underneth the hood or underneth the car... in a way it sort of sounds like a heat shield is loose... its not really loud but its quite annoying as i know the rattle is there :)

anyone have similar issues on there '08?

thanks!
Mike

Is it on the passenger side? I have a similar rattle on the passenger side that appears to be coming from the front of the car that I am having looked at on Friday.

im thinking the rattle is either:

1. loose heat shield somewhere or...
2. a throwout bearing of some sort
