Ok this is my plan! need your feedback!

Hey guys,

Been away working for a while now but im about to find some time to continue on my Focus.

So far as some of you know i have the MBRP exhaust and some minor exterior mods. Other than that I've been thinking a lot what else to do and i've come up with the following to finish the project. Need your feedback and input before i order the following items!

1. H&R Sport Springs (about 1.4 inch drop) they go for $245

2. FocusSport Lip (will paint myself to match car!) for $179

3. ATS DTM 17" rims in black (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v302/focus_fan/IMG_6761.jpg?t=1217050600>
Local deal they're going for $1100 with Nitto NeoGen tires

4. Steeda SRI w/ heat shield! for $240

5. window tint kit from Ford dealer for $? or should I order one of those pre cut ebay window tint deals for $50 shipped???

That will complete my car to a happy level. If all works out it should look good after $2k.

Question is how the H&R springs are?? I will get them professionally installed but do i need to upgrade my shocks and struts??? On Focussport it doesn't say anything about it...

Second, is that ATS DTM rim deal a good deal? Anyone who has the 7.5x17 running on their 2005 ZX4? i think they should fit.

I think that is all... just being careful before finalizing the orders cause im a noob when it comes to all this.

That is all

cheers,

Aaron

you wont need to replace your struts but it would be a better idea to do it now rather than later, the lower springs will wear them out quickly.

spend the little extra and get the tint professionally done, dont cheap out most shops offer a nice werranty that will more than likely be longer than you own the car, it will look better and last longer.

other than that sound like with what you have planed it will be one sweet lookin foci

Sounds like it will look good, but i would suggest you have your tint done by a shop. If the tint is illegal you wont get a receipt but they will record your address to keep tract of your life time warrenty on the tint.

2. FocusSport Lip (will paint myself to match car!) for $179

You're going to paint yourself. Wow. That's dedication. J/K.

I'm sure it will look good. Are you on focusbc.net by chance. Not many guys over on the Island but there are a few.
