*Awesome exhaust video*

OK here the thing.My sound is grrrreat.However,last week the sound changed.
When i go high RPM,i hear a sound.

Please someone tell me what is broken.Listen carefully especially when i lauch,you will hear the sound.It sound like a can who vibrate.

Other than that it's pretty cool

I see.It is hard to notice because the sound is barely vibrating till i reach high RPM.

Just listen when i launch just before i switch to second gear.

Did you crawl under there and make sure all the connections where tight and there was no metal on metal contact? Other than that, I have no clue... Hope you figure it out.

Check the bracket that holds you cat on. It's above the cat. They tend to rust. I've had to fix mine a couple of times already. There are a few threads on here that can help ya.

my exhaust started to rattle a few months ago. turns out the welds around the glasspack/muffler (Magnaflow exhaust) failed and caused it to sound like a baby rattle.

ps, im at work and cant looky at vid.

I had an exhaust on my 07 Escort Station wagon that rasped like the one in the clip, but it only does it at specifically 3,300RPM and only at 3,300RPM.

I haven't look underneath yet but i hope it's not a mini-heat shield gone bad :)

The sound seems like a loose pellet in the muffler.
