03 SE Zetec 2.0 DOHC, just hit 133,000. So far major replacements include battery, spark plugs and wires, timing belt and oil changes with Castrol GTX high mileage lately every 3K. Was using Castrol conventional... One trans fluid/filter change. The only thing inside that has messed up is the trunk release and the radio is glitchy. 4 sets of tires and thats about it...

2001 ZX3 w/ Zetec

----------------------

a lil over 127k.
bought with 102k on 2/25/08

original clutch!

only actual issues

-Idle air control
-pretty sure both the lower trans mount and driver side mount are shot.
but the lower is GONE for sure
-e-brake cable snapping on passenger side due to me trying to be like DK in winter lol
-valve cover gasket
-thermostat housing
-shifter base once due to me. once due to my dad (crazy strong guy)
-driver side window regulator
-shocks and struts are original so need those
-sway bar endlinks recently during a agressive race on some windy roads. (we did it safe! )

normal wear and tear. for a highly spirited driver. lol

Just got my 2003 ZX5 in liquid grey. Its loaded and manual.

158 000 km or about 95k miles.

I find it funny...i previously owned a VW TDI and it was only until you hit the 300k miles that you could claim to have any kind of mileage. I hope the focus doesnt start breaking at 100!!

that's what you get when you run lubricant for fuel instead of solvent

Thumbs up

I bought my '03 Focus LX at 59,000 miles in August of 2007.

Know it reads 96,000 miles.

Also, it'd be real helpful if you guys would list the year and engine you have. I guess on some and on some I have to dig through your posts to find info. This is time consuming enough and it'd make it easier on me.
