Thumbs up Options I like on my ZX5 that I would never have bought

So I already posted an intro on the "intro" thread, but thought I'd follow up .....

Recently got an 05 ZX5 SES, auto. Had some major back problems and couldn't drive the 5-speed Subaru I was driving - used to own an '01 ZX3 so I came across this car and decided to switch.

Has some interesting options on it that I would never have paid for if I was shopping for a new car - that is, "stuff I never thought I would need but now love."

1 - Remote start. Car has an aftermarket unit, but this winter has been cold and I so love it. Dealer didn't even know it was installed, I discovered it by accident, lol.

2 - Heated Seats. Oh my. Warm butt = good. Coupled with remote start, I'm much happier in the mornings.

3 - Heated mirrors. I'd NEVER pay for this, hehe. But we had some snow the other day, and I noticed the mirrors were all covered, so I turn on the rear defrost and watch the snow melt right off those mirrors.

4 - Steering Wheel radio controls. Although I don't think they are in the optimal position, I do find myself using them more and more. A little bonus.

Anyhow I'm loving my little zip car, great for the mostly city driving that I do. These cars still have good pep off the line, so fun.

Cheers.

I've got an aunt and uncle in Webster...I'll actually be out there in a couple weeks visiting them.

And yeah, I've got steering wheel radio controls and heated mirrors. I never thought I'd care one way or the other, but they do come in handy.
