Just a thought.....auto to manual

Just thought this was kinda cool and got me thinkin....just a tiny bit. I have a guy at work, does a lot to his cars. Anyways, he just bought an older Nissan 240 with the plans to put 350 to the the wheels. The first thing he did was take it from an automatic and made it into a 5 speed. Parts cost him 600 bucks and he did it wihtin the day. What do you guys think? Is it an easy job on the Focus? Was just curious really.

he did a tranny swap. I'm doing one within a few months; its not that hard (I don't think), you just need all the parts. Tons of people will tell you its not worth it, but it is if you want to do it. It is to me, obviously; just depends on the amount of work you wanna put into your car. Some will also say its easier just to trade (cheaper), but you have to deal with paperwork and bs with a dealer; I'd rather wrench.
Full SVT brake swap, indiglo gauges

If you really enjoy doing that sort of thing it's probably worth it. But, it is probably cheaper, and definately easier to trade your car in for a stick.
