6 disc instructions and airbag light question

Hello!

This is going to be all over the place, just deal with me here!

I just got my Focus a few weeks ago (05 33,000 miles) and like the car, but have had NOTHING but problems with it : (

Bought it used from a dealership with extended warranty purchased, night I got it problems began - When driving on parkway (65 mph and above) Revs to 4500 and won't accelerate, 15 seconds latter it will. Stays at same speed. I am not punching the gas or anything, just trying to accelerate to get out of the way of crazy NJ drivers : )

Brought it to ford few days after I bought, told 36 months was up.

Went ROUND AND ROUND with the dealership I bought it from (not a ford dealership) , took it to my mechanic, said definate tranny problem, brought back to my dealership (after issues, upon issues, upon issues) and they said no problem with car, I am trying to scam them. Whatever, they suck.

Pick the car up this week, after calling the police to get my car back from dealership (Yea, crazy right? The guy is insane! I am a 26 year old woman, he was in my face screaming every curse word under the sun at me in front of his customers, he ownes 5 dealerships, needless to say I filed complaints with BBB, CA, and so on) I get the car and it is running GREAT! I think they fixed the problem, but lied to me and said there was none. Crazy, I know. It is a long, long, bizzare story.

Anyway- I get car and airbag light is coming on. (one with little stick guy). Insane delaership guy told me it was the ABS sensor, and I HAD to leave it with them to get fixed. No shot in heck I was leaving my car with them again, they had it for a WEEK! I have only owned it a month! And they claim "there is no problem" Then why did you need it a week? Jerks.

I called my local ford dealership to get the problem fixed.. have an appointment next Saturday. Does an ABS sensor even sound like it could be correct? I don't know if crazy dealership is lying. I know nothing about cars. I am worried about it being expensive to fix. Crazy dealership already told me that they are not going to authorize anyone else to do work on this. And after the police incident, I WON"T be going back there. There is a 40 mile clause in my extended warranty. I am 50 miles from crazy dealership. I am speaking to a manager this week to see if that means I can just bypass the dealership and get work done local with out their approval.

2nd question- I feel stupid asking this - I am going to order a manual online today. I am having a hard time using the 6 disc changer! LOL! Every time I go to eject a cd, I keep getting myself into the original menu, and not actually getting the cd out. Pretty much loading and ejecting seem to be a pain for me once the discs are full. Anyplace online I can get half way decent instructions? It's annoying! Nothing on ford's site.

LOL, I have a college education and can't eject or load once it is full!

Thanks,

LeAnna in NJ

it is my first 6 disc too
push eject
watch the little screen it will ask what disc u want to eject
push the no. ( 1-6 ) of the disc u want out

to load push the load btn.
it will ask what disc no.
select the no 1-6
wait and it will say moving to location ( or something )
then it will say load disc
push disc slow and gentile

i havent heard of how a abs problem would light the air bag warning

it is a slow process to load or eject

Thanks Sir... perhaps it just moves too slow for my taste? LOL! In theory I understand the process, but once I am actually doing it I know I get frustrated, it seems to go back to the regular menu.

Also- one of my burned CD's displays song titles and so on. But no others- burned or purchased. Is there a special setting for that?
