any way to look up options by VIN?

I'm looking at used SVTs to buy. Sites like Autotrader usually give the VIN, but don't always have pictures or at least good enough pictures to be able to tell which options the car has. Is there any way to, for example, check whether a car has the european appearance package by looking up its VIN somewhere?

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to offer any information on options or packages or anything that the car has. Or am I missing something? For example, if I enter 3FAHP39543R166496 it pretty much just says that the car is a ZX3 SVT.

3FA= MADE IN MEXICO
H= ACTIVE SAFETY BELTS
P39=ZX3
5=ZETEC 2.0L SVT
4=CHECK DIGIT
3=2003 MODEL YEAR
R=HERMOSILLO, MEXICO
LAST 6 ARE BUILD SEQUENCE

Any addl. info would have to come from Ford dealer. They can do OASIS or an 'as built' report.

Didn't SVT's come with all the regular Focus options, (leather seats, power everything, cruise, abs, moonroof, top end stereo, etc), except an ATX?

On top of the SVT engine, drivetrain, suspension, F/R bumpers, wheels, and 4W disc brakes.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, no (it's an option), no (option). Right on the ATX, too, but the SVT is a 6 speed manual.

The EAPs came fully optioned.

Non-EAPs could add HIDs, Audiophile package, Winter package (traction control and block heater, heated seats), moonroof...uh...am I missing some? I feel like I am.

And other little goodies like heated mirrors came standard. Not sure if those were a non-SVT option or not.

Heated seats and mirrors were an option on my '07 model. I don't know if they were in '02, '03, or '04.
