Clutch Noise

I have been getting a weird sound coming from my clutch the past couple days. It sounds like a spring that is slowly being let out. The sound comes and goes. Sometimes it doesn't make the sound at all, other times it will make it when going into 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gears.

Any ideas as to exactly what it might be? I'm assuming it's gonna have something to do with a spring within the pedal. Anyone else have this problem?

if it s weezing type of sound like when your moving the pedal it might possibly be the clutch pedal . it has like a tube behind it that is controlling the master cyclinder to release and engage the pressure plate. lets just say my clutch system went out on me 3 times and now i'm waiting for my replacement 2004 focus because of it. i would have it checked out free if its under warranty cuz if you lose clutch then youre standed like iw as 3 tiems and had to be towed.

It's not so much a wheezing sound. Like I said, its sounds just like you are slowly releasing a spring. It hasn't caused any problems, like making it harder to shift or making it harder or easier to press the clutch pedal in.

It comes and goes a lot too. I haven't heard the sound in the past couple days, but who knows if it will come back when I go get in my car later tonight?

My car isn't under warranty anymore, so I may have to fork over the cash to get it checked out.
