Could i challenge this?

Ok, i thought i bought a pro system plus kit from horsepower freaks.. for a good deal. b4 i bought called to double check the product. make sure it was what it was. the tech said it was. so i went ahead and pre ordered because they were Out of stock at the time. got a invoice for the pro system plus kit and a recipt for $585. it came yesterday and was only the pro kit. with dampers and springs. called and all they said was it was their mistake and they were sorry. i could send it back or keep. now could i challenge this to possibly get my sway bars for free? since that was what was advertised? advice needed:

If you bought a PSP, and only got the PS, you have a couple of choices.

1. Send it back for a full refund.
2. Ask for them to credit you the difference between the kits.
3. Ask for them to send you a pair of sway bars.
4. Keep it.

Option 4 makes the least sense. The others just depends on what you want to do.

Haha, I read this and thought...wait, weren't we were talking about suspension, not video games?...lol (PSP/PS)

And if I were you I would fight hard to get the sway bars for free. That's what was advertised and that's what you are due. If they don't want to, threaten to return what you have and see what they say...if they don't care about that say fine, I will never shop with you again and neither will any of my friends.

That's what customers do where I work and depending on the severity of the situation that makes us figure something out to keep them happy (we don't want to lose sales!). However, you do get those customers that always want something for nothing and will go out of their way to make everything seem like a problem so you give them that. Just don't be like one of those guys haha...Good luck man...

Yea, annoy the shit out of them too. Send em emails, tell them you'll give the company a bad rep, call them. Make sure you mean business
