08 foci

What does anyone know about the 08? Is the pzev or the non better? I assume the non since it has a few more ponies. Is it a car woth getting? I have a 00 spi right now.

I think if it looks good to you itd be one hell of an upgrade from a 00 spi. The interior is much better, bigger front brakes, stiffer chassis, more HP and better mpg. Seems like a decent car if you like the redesign.

It's actually for my wife so sedan works since I have a 1 yo son. I already have a toy anyway, a 90 plymouth laser turbo 235hp.

I live in minnesota, no emmision cops. I wanted a 2.3 but I guess they dont have them for 08.

the 2.0 hass a lot more pep than the spi. since you have a sone i'd suggest the sedan, it makes entry and exit easier. son't forget the audiophile package with the sync system, anything less would be a mistake.....

(my mom owns a coupe and they are really nice.)

i honestly feal the 07's will be the last of the better breed... kinda like the honda's the B series hondas were and still are some of the best.. now its all K series and it took awhile but finally the K series are takin up the slack...

now i know the duratec has been around for 4 years now so its not so much about the engine, but to where people will have to take time and get used to the new stuff and start to work on it and start showing the world what people can do with the new equipment.

Will a Focus ever get a six banger? Do you guys even want a six banger? I think a six cylinder boxer motor would be right at home in a Focus.
