Thinking of getting buying a focus again

Well for now I am driving my Jeep Grand Cherokee, I used to have a SVT. But I need this truck for work and winter. I am thinking about getting back into the focus for hobby.

What I'd like to do is take a beater zx3 (maybe someone can help me find one) or zx5 00-04 model year. And turn it around, redo the body kit to be RS, paint and hopefully tune the motor, supercharger perhaps if I've got enough cash, and change the suspension. I used to know every price of everything by heart, but what could be had for lets say 9,000 total. I'm assuming I'd be able to get a focus in basically shell form or with a shot motor and start over.

Let me know what you think.

DRrr I def messed up the title I was typing too quick, it's supposed to be thinking of getting back in buying a focus again.

What do you guys think would be the best route, lets say I buy that fofo for 1500 because to me that seems reasonable.

What do you do now, assuming it is going to be supercharged, without replacing the engine itself.

clean up the block, rods, pistons, i'd replace all the gaskets... rebuild the trans if it's good, or find a better one and work on it.

Alright, I mean I want to beef this up, this thing is going to be kind of a toy too I was thinking new flywheel and clutch and stuff, but you're saying do a full trans rebuild? Remember I am also trying to keep this low priced as well. Haha.
