Magnaflow FTMFL. Borla sounds the best by far on the Focus, the only other exhaust that comes close in my opinion is the Cosworth.

Why should you necessarily get a full catback? A custom full catback where you pick the muffler will work just as well as the prefabbed ones.

Theres a guy here in town that will fabricate an exhaust for $120 with mandrel bends if I provide a muffler (a Borla 2.5 center/center is $100). So for $220+tax I can get an exhaust locally, or I can pay almost twice that, in the case of the Focus, for the Borla exhaust.
