Help!!

I'm trying to change the front brakes on my moms ZTS...I just had tires put on it and long story short they stripped the wheel locks and I had to go back a second time. Now I got all the lugs off and the wheel is stuck on. Am I missing something here??? I've change the brakes on my old grand prix and I've taken wheels off, but maybe I'm just having a major brain fart or something. Any input? Also any tips on changing pads and rotors to speed up the process or anything to look out for? Thanks.

Are they stock wheels? If they are they tend to fuse on hub. Just give them a good kick on the rubber and it should pop off. Pads are pretty easy two alan wrench bolts you have to take off. It's alot easier if you have the brake caliper extension for your socket set. Then just use a C clamp to push the piston back. Never did the rotors as of yet but they shouldn't be hard to get.

Just read your thread again. You said you just had new tires put on? The wheels should have fused on in that amount of time. hhhhmmmmm

yeah thats wierd , if they still are stuck get a big hammer , get a peice of 2x4 , place the wood against the rim and hit the wood ,so the rimm doesent get bent. dont get fords pads either , and get aftermarket rotors , ive never yet seen a focus that had enough room to cut the rotors after the pads are done . ive done them for years
