I was a passenger in an STI today

So at work, we have this guy that drives a silver STI....pretty cool guy. Always ask him about it, if he likes or wants to trade for my ZX3 (never know!)........

He finally decided to take me for a ride........well now I know what every magazine talks about.....that car is the shit! The G's on that one was humengous......My neck was litteraly pulled back and stuck to the seats.....:)

Since it was about 6 pm in a small road...he did not go over 95 which we reached in like 4 seconds........He's got a Bosal exhaust and a HKS blow-off valve (Pschiiit!).....Funny is that the guy had to be convinced to buy it 'cause he always owned muscle cars.......he doesn't regret his purchase...

Peace..........

I just spent 3 days at an ecutek tuning school tuning 5 dif. wrx's including a wagon that would tear an sti up, it was hard work , but very very fun....3 days of track access all to myself and one other tuner and 5 really fun cars.....but yes, they are a GREAT bargain for the money, the guy with the wagon was turning 12's with less than 4 grand in mods and some tuning...AWESOME....we are getting the liscense to do sti's and evo's ,too

The Subaru dealership out here won't let you test drive them, so I've never been. I've ridden in a WRX though.

Pretty quick.

I have yet to drive in an sti, but I really want to. WRX's have been my favorite car since I got into cars, and I hate to say it, but I'd trade my focus for one in a second.

aftermarket BOV + STI/EVO = my heaven. I didn't get to test drive the STI, because I was afraid I would like it too much but it's the biscuits.
