Question Help-Nissan Sentra Headlight fuse blowing??

Hi all,
My mother has a 04 nissan sentra. The headlight wasn't working. Chaned bulb, still not working, checked fuse-it was blown. Now I changed the fuse, it blew again. Replaced again, everything working fine, headlight is working-awesome!
Next day turn on headlights-fuse blown again??? Changed fuse-everything working!!!??? Checked wtih high beams, turn signals, wipers, every possible electric device, engine on, engine off, headlight working!!! ok, cool. Next day turn on headlighs-NOT working again!!!!??? .
Wire harness doesn't look burned or anything, switch is fine. What coul be causing this problem?
Replacement bulb is eaxatly the same as was originaly installed.
Replaced fuse 15A as was before. Everything is stock, no modifications to the headlights or electrical system was done.
Any ideas what might be causing fuse to blow?
Thanks for reading, any ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

has to be a short somewhere. check all the headlight wiring again and pay particular attention to areas it sits against metal and stuff, check its not rubed through in any of these areas.

The thing is that there is a big plastic tube with wires going around the car. It goes into the fender, so there is no way I could see whats going on. And all other wires, Headlighs, fogs, ect. go in that tube. So in order to check, I would have to go take the fender off, cut this tube open, whitch I don't really want to do. But the place where wires from headlights meet this tube, I cut open to see what's going on, and everything is ok, sealed it back. Thus, if there is a short somewhere, the whole wiring would have to be changed, cause all wires seem to connect to the tube. And everything is so packed in there, that I can hardly reach anything. I will have to take half the parts off under the hood in order to do a close inspection..oh did I mention taking off fenders and God knows what else...
Maybe I should try putting a bigger fuse?

Just curious...was the replacement bulb of a higher wattage than the stock one you replaced? If the bulb is drawing more power it could be blowing the fuse. And replacing the fuse with a higher rated amp fuse is a bad idea...the fuse is there to blow before the wiring loom catches on fire.

it is the same, all serial numbers matched from the old one with a new one. So it is exactly the same, brand, wattage ect. Hey I will try to switch bulbs(old one that is still working with a new one on the right whitch is blowing fuse) and see what happens, let you know tonight.
Thanks for replys!
