MPG/Short Ram Intake

I enjoy performance and efficiency but I also enjoy the MPG's my 07 ZX5 gets. My question to all of you who have installed Short Ram Intakes is this? Does it effect MPG's in a negative manner or will it increase them in a positive one? Your responses are deeply appreciated.

Depends on how you drive. I've noticed that since I put my CAI on i've been wanting to push it a little harder to notice the increase in power. However, taking it easy I saw a gain of like maybe 2-3 mpg highway.
