am i incorrect?

the front bumper cover from an svt will fit a sedan right? they have the same front correct? also what about the sides of the car?

yes and yes. The SVT front will fit any focus from 00-04 and the sides will fit any model focus 00-07 (don't know about the wagon on the side though)

The side skirts will have to be trimmed slightly where they come up by the rear doors/rear wheel so the doors can open without dragging across the sideskirt. Not much though.

Please correct me if im wrong cuz im not a 100%. I looked into the wheel base a little and thougth the sedan was a little longer wheelbase wise that the hatches.

I don't think there is any difference in wheel base between hatchs and sedans. remember the hatches also have a 4 door setup.
