Adjusting cams and taking off cam gears.

Okay im going to need some info from the big dawgs.

Basically cam gears are just neccesary so that you can have specific measurments while you are tuning the car. Here is the question can i adjust my cams on a dyno (supposedley you can get 3 to 6 whp from just adjusting the stock cams) then keep them at that specific position and then take off the cam gears and put on the stock ones again. Because cam gears are another on of those affect the entire engine thing so it voids the warranty.

HElP !!!!

I see that you have a JRSC. Is everything else stock on your car or did you have to make some mods for the JRSC

Just wondering why you would want an extra couple of HP's if you have the JRSC

I think you need to take some Anger Management classes.
Chill out.
Don't let the posts get to you. I'm sure someone will answer the question soon.

yes you could do this but its a pain in the ass, i dunno what the hecks going on but chill Solaris, itll be fiiiine, youd basically have to tune it and use somthing like chalk marks on the head and on the gears to know where to put them when you took them off

Hmm pains in the a$$ seems like right um my alley , but yeah naythign for a few more hp and keepign my warranty. Plus the only expensive part would be payign for the dyno time cam gears are realatively cheap.
