A ricer is an sort of import car that overly moddifyed and does not have any decent speed and all preformance parts are purchased at autozone or pepboys its a simple case of trying to hard because most of our cars are no beacons of speed but we keep our cars looking clean(simple) and we dont put exhaust that you can hear 3 blocks away going 20mph

HUGE wings, I mean huge, big 10" muffler tips that serve absolutely no point but make tremendously annoying noises, ugly multicolour paint schemes...etc. you get the drift :o)

a rice car or 'rice burner' is any car (not just import...but centered mostly on imports) that has little to no performance parts, and alot of fast looking parts. alot of the time it's a stock car with big body kits (sometimes unpainted or even just spraypainted), aluminum wings or giant spoilers, the cliche "fart-can", stickers from companies that the car has no parts from (that some say give 5+hp each ).

and a ricer is the driver of the car...who is most of the time a gangsta wanna be who have watched Fast and the Furious too many times, and think there stock civic or neon or whatever is the fasted car ever with the "mods" above. and usually act like a dick to other drivers they find to be under them (ricer fly-by's and weaving through traffic trying to race everyone rom light to light.

i think i covered alot of it but i'll let the other chime in too...god knows theres so much more stuff that defines rice.

I always thought a 'rice-burner' was a term for a car that burns rice instead of gas :D

the term rice burner originally came from non american cars... such as japanese cars and what not.. being moddified.. (ushually in pointless ways)

look up laughatrice.com
