For Sale: 1982 Trans Am; only $150,000!

You read that right, friends, if you have a spare 150 G's laying around you can buy yourself an honest-to-goodness K.I.T.T. vehicle. Not a replica, the real deal.

Although I was a huge fan of Knight Rider when it was on the air in the '80s (just the right age to be engrossed in the stories and not old enough to laugh at the silliness of it all), I seriously doubt I would spend that kind of money on a 1982 Trans Am, even if it does have that awesome light bar. I guess everyone would know that, while being the biggest dork in the neighborhood, you are the richest dork in the neighborhood.

Probably end up going to a museum or collection anyway.

Yeah really, only slightly less buttons than your average Bonneville.

That steering "wheel" has got to be a PITA for just about anything other than going straight; try making a 3-point turn with that!

Employee of the Month, I think that's what strung was joking about because the car gets "pimped" out later in the movie. I never did see the movie but I remember that line because as a car guy it made me laugh:
