2005 ZX3 rack?

Hey guys. I have two questions. Will the SVT suspension kit from Ford Racing parts fit my 2005? I think it will but I wanna be sure.

Second and more pressing! Will that BAT Inc euro rack for the ZX3 fit my 2005? I was reading that some of the holes that it used don't exist after 2004. Is this correct, and can I still use that rack if I drill a couple of holes? I really like the look and price of that rack. This is critical as summer approaches and my longboard is sitting in the garage! Should I order the rack from BAT? Please, explain any mods needed to install it and if anyone uses a fairing with it and what size?

Cheers, love the site, I just got my ZX3 SES w/leather on friday. Love it. But, it's only a 20E here in California.

anyone? Can I use that euro rack on the 2005? Do I need to drill other holes? The price is right and the fit looks great.

Send WD40 a PM, I believe he has that rack on this car.

As far as I can remember, there are no drilling required as those holes are already pre-drilled on our cars. You just have to remove the caps and put on the screws.

I have the Thule rack which you can see images here.

Turns out, the 2005 doesn't have the side holes filled with nylon screws. But, it does have a circle about 3/8" diameter with a cross hatch inscribed in it right where the holes should be stamped into the sheetmetal where the front mounts should go. I ordered the kit, 2 weeks backorder! I'll just drill a pilot hole, put the rack on with a stainless steel sheetmetal screw with a little silicone caulking to seal it!

I looked into this as well. If I remember correctly my 05 did have the holes over the doors but was missing the holes at the top of the hatch. The wife took the Focus to work today otherwise I would go out to the garage and confirm it.
