Airride for 06-07

Probably not even out yet, but i was just wondering if anyone knows where one is if it is out, or if they are thinking of releasing one? I found a really cheap airlift suspension or 00-05 sedans (link below) but cant find one for 06-07. Just wondering if anyone has heard anythin ;) thanks

um... no.... no .... no.... no... and no again...
thats not what you think it is....

those are AIR ASIST bags... they dont replace anything... they ADD to the suspension.... we install these on pickup trucks at my work for customer's

the ONE AND ONLY job for these bags is one thing and one thing only... its to ADD to the carrying capacity of the vehicle... yes they improve handling slightly... BUT UNDER CARRYING HEAVIER than normal loads....

so you plan on carrying lets say.... a bunch of plywood and heavy loads here and there all the time with your foci.... get them.... but thats the ONLY thing those units are made for...

also my statement stays true about heavy loads by it talkin about motorhomes... you dont want suspension companies to have Focus and motorhome in the same explanation....

ok... well... air ride a.k.a. air suspension IS not bad, they actually improved track time on an SS camaro by over a second on a road course when they switched to an air suspension...... but that AIR assist is a bad idea for a focus...

99.9% of class A diesel motorhomes use air suspension to help with handling... yes handling and give a softer more aggressive feal on the road...

I looked from air ride technologies nothing for a focus, only mustang. My homie has a system i can't even estimate how much it costs at this point, but it's bad ass.If you were to road race with a similar system, you would rock at the track, with the right system, they ain't cheap though,.....then when at a show, slam it to the ground.Heres a couple pics of my friends truck. We used to be vette brothers for years, then he traded his for this truck, was already complete, but had a cheap air bag system on it,so he upgraded it.I almost bagged my c5 at one point, just dropped it 3 inches and left it like that.Need some serious battery power if you play with it like he does. The compressors are running alot. This truck has 4 flat screens,a fish tank inside, water picture, inside,to much shiat to list..he added that stuff.
