Too good to be true?

Just saw this on cars.com. Now I'm debating between this and a ZTS sedan with 54k miles that costs 6200. Hmm. What to do, what to do.

This reminds me of my first chance to get a focus. It was summer of 03, I was debating between a 99 Contour SE Sport with 46k on it or an 01 focus zx3 with 18k on it. Both cars were well equipped, though the focus had every toy imagineable. Both dealers said that the cars were clean and had no salvage history on them and were perfect. Both cars were selling for $5995 at the time (the ford dealer was selling 01's for over 10k still at the time)

I ran a carfax and that made my mind up for me. The Contour came back clean one owner, had been a four year lease turn in from Ford Credit. The Focus, however had a very colorful history - lemon law buyback, a repossession, and a total loss accident that had occurred at 17k miles. I bought the Contour, talked the dealer down to $4k for it, and ran it until the alternator went - then traded it on the 02 focus.
