You've ruined the Focus. You had THE PERFECT CAR in the Euro Focus ST and
completely dropped the ball and introduced an econobox almost guaranteed
failure in the new US "Focus." Management needs to quit whacking it all
day and make some good decisions.

AHAHAHA! That's hilarious.

I think they made their point, and that'd be "We're too rich to care".

That might have been a "message recieved" automatic response. Wait a few more days and see if they send anything else.

wow... I'm sorry but do you guys honestly believe they are going to care about a "You Suck, you're gonna fail" letter? If this was snail mail, and they held on to such mail, they would need a warehouse to store this kind of stuff.

Now, you put out a letter with pages of proof, reports, experiments, ideas, reasearch, and have something legit, they may listen to you.

But lets think for just a minute here. Come on, its not that hard, I know you can do it, the company puts millions of $$$ into R&D (not saying its good, just saying they did) and this is what R&D comes back with, why should they care about what one person took 30 seconds to type.

Lets say you are at work one day, some random person you don't know walks up to you and says, you suck, you should quit your job, and walks off. Are you going to quit?

I dont think he was posting to say ford is stupid for not listening...They're a fortune five-hundred company! Even 1000 people write letters saying they sucked, they still won't car cause they're still rich.

I think he posted just because its funny that he wrote a "you suck letter" and they replied with "thank you for your feedback" letter.

And yea...it is funny, typical ford....

I by no means meant this to be a valid criticism of Ford's managerial decisions. I'm SURE they have many people much smarter than me making these decisions, I just found the reply didn't quite fit the original letter ;)
