Painting rear hubs/front calipers

I was wondering if anyone could give some sound advice on painting the rear hubs and front calipers on my 06 Focus. I'd like to remove the wheels and do it all on a weekend. I realize that since they weren't painted to begin with, I'll have to prep the items first.... Any advice on prep and paint????

I did mine, a few months back. It's fairly easy. I took my calipers off and washed them really good with some grease remover. I also primered them and then painted them. I rocommend usinf the Duplicolor caliper paint. It's great on high heat stuff.

I'm back, Itchbes!
