cams..help

prob in the wrong place but i wanna start to do some engine mods already have intake and exhaust wondering which cams to get i think i need 2 of them can some1 tell me which 1's to buy thanks


Cosworth Duratec intake cam
Specs: 255 duration / .374" lift ( 9.5mm ) - ATDC @ full lift = 114 FSYD0222 $139.95

if you go with the cosworth stage 1's you can use your stock springs. i know people have installed them without a tunning program but i would recommend geting one. also, you do need 2 cams one for intake , one for exhaust.

with the lower lift. After stage one you will need to upgrade your springs. And i would dyno tune any cams you get...make sure to get adjustable cam gears also!
