Do all Focus's have the split rear BOTTOM cushion?

This is a real PITA if you have kids.. Almost all models of the Focus have a 1 piece bottom seat cushion in the rear. The only one I have seen with a split bottom seat cushion is the SVT.

What a pain in the butt that if you need to carry anything in the rear and in order to lay the rear seat backs flat, you must flip up the entire bottom cushion thereby limiting passenger capacity.

Was this an oversight? or simply ford being cheap.

According to Consumerguide, the wagons and hatchbacks have the split bottom cushion. The sedans do not.

Thats funny, I had a green '04 wagon and it had leather but the bottom seat cushion was one piece. Talk about dumb..

ahhh but you are in Austrailia.. Seems that Ford always does things logically anywhere but here in the US..

BTW I love Austrailia... I am hoping to live there one day.. Do they need Registered Nurses?
