Paintless dent removal? Hudson Valley area

Got a dent, looks like SUV door height (if they can't figure out how to operate a door they should walk to Motor Vehicle and turn their license in!).
The dent isn't big enough to mess with body work, but it is big enough to annoy me. Can anyone recommend a paintless dent removal place in the Poughkeepsie/Albany area?
Or suggest a really good DIY kit???

Thanks!

Air suction cups? where is the dent located at? if its somewhere reachable from the inside, like taking out your door panel, you might just push it out from the inside.

if the paint is damaged, you are risking cracking the paint some more...but hopefully if done carefully you might get it without further damage.

There was this "tool" advertised on those "As Seen on TV" commercial, and it has cups on which you put the "glue" on and pull...dent comes out. I dont know if they still have those...

It's on the quarter panel above the wheel, no paint damage, and I think I can get to the inside easy enough by removing the cargo area trim. I'll have to take a closer look to make sure it's not behind the rear seat trim.
It's actually a very minor dent, just very annoying. I found some info on-line about the dry-ice trick (apparently it works better on a really hot day) and my try that.
Thanks!
