Going to be decision time soon.. opinion?

Given the tax return season, I will be getting something 'big' for my car. By big, I mean "more expensive".

My two decisions are:

A New hood (~$300-$400) + shipping ($150-$160) + Paint to match (~$225)

OR

Pioneer AVIC N3 (In dash navigation, ipod ready, sat radio ready, navtraffic ready, dvd/dvd-r/dvd-rw/cd-r/cd-rw/blah blah blah.

they're ROUGHLY about the same price to me.

I'd get some kind of vented hood... cervinis/vis invader/evo/similar.

^i think that's what he meant. i'd get the dvd head unit. if you have any kids or any friends that has a ps3 then you will know why. i'm lucky that i have both already

if you do decide to get the HU make sure you have a decent alarm or removable face as someone will mostly likley try to steal it.

i'd get the F2 widebody kit... but i ddon't have a reliable/lowcost painter nearby. :P

but yea, the AVIC N3 is the most useful....

a hood would be a nice touch.

I'd either get it painted to match, or get a paint job like 'fino'

i think an unpainted cf hood on the silver eap would look hot
it's amazing how nice the pattern woven fibers looks in the sun as you can.

I'm just in love with FINO's paint scheme.

I would go with the pioneer, I hate the way any car looks when they paint the body kit to "match the body colour" and its always slightly off and it doesn't look as clean as it should.

Get a carbon hood for like others said 500 shipped.

That pioneer to me is a ugly looking dvd player, my friend has one and I was unimpressed, i've seen walmart make a better player.

If your going to the DVD route get a kenwood touch screen either regular dvd or the double din one.

Or maybe put the money down on your car or pay some bills.
