Question 4-door = red headed step-child?

i own a white four dour se with the zetec motor. my problem is why doesn't the four door get that much attention? i mean, the ones with thte zetec moter are basically the same thing as the hatch, except for some weight difference. but we all know that the 4- door looks better. just something that has concerned me since i have been a part of this website.

Yeah im not sure why either. When I first bought my car. I had the choice between a sedan or hatch. I chose the 4 door. At the time I just liked it alot better. HOWEVER, seeing how the hatches can be fixed up really nice they have grown on me alot. If I had the chance, id be buying me a hatch right now! Sedan or hatch it doesnt matter. You can make them both pimp Thats one reason why I love the focus so much.... They look really good

yea, people need to give more respect to the 4 doors in this site. yet i might know why the sedans dont get that much respect, and dats cuz most of them in the picture gallery section are all riced out.

Yeah, it seems to be one of the main things that happens to a sedan. I just tell myself, it's a phase people are going through. They'll outgrow it eventually.

Although, that theory works for both the sedan and hatch.

I never really liked the looks of the sedan, I said this before and I'll say it again. I fell in love with the WRC version of the focus and thats why I have a hatch. To me, the sedans just don't look right.

4 doors = taxi
2 doors = taxi once then they bitch about the back seat, no more taxi!

they have the same back seat... access is more difficult in the 2 door is all. but they do have the 4 door hatch.

I couldn't decide between the ZX5 or sedan. The centenial edition only came in the sedan... so choice made! I now like the looks of the sedan much better. Not to say the ZX models don't look good....But Ford sells WAY more sedans than hatches. So I guess the sedan is more liked by the focus community.

I like what Chaney said...funny! But, I still LOVE my sedan. Why? I have kids, and its easier to get them into the back seat.
