My SVTF's First Snow

It figures....washed the car yesterday, and woke up to snow on the ground today. Woo Hoo!
Engaged the traction control, turned on the heated seats, and braved the run to work.
Glad I got a little taste of what's to come next fall.
I must say, I'm fairly impressed with the vehicle's snow prowess,
especially knowing the Conti's are NOT a winter tire.

Sittin' in the driveway, and letting the seat warm up.

Heading off to work in the slick stuff.

Cripes! It's still coming down!
We'll certainly see how that traction control works now, as it's mostly uphill to get home.

I spy the Bronco hiding outside the garage... someone got booted out of the nice spot when the new baby came home huh?

Well, it's been 4 years in a row now that we've had snow on the Memorial Day weekend.
We'll see what this year brings.

I spy the Bronco hiding outside the garage... someone got booted out of the nice spot when the new baby came home huh?
Yeah, it was kind of a sad moment for the ole Bronc' when I cleaned it out, and relegated it to outside parking.
Shouldn't be too much trouble to stub a quick carport off the garage for a little added protection.
Poor ole guy sittin' out there in the weather.

Dude you were drivimg in the snow AND taking pics....and people call me dangerous..
You have seen this(clicky) pic I took, haven't you?

Well, in my defense, it did only have 273 miles on it at the time.

How come we don't see the orange TCS light illuminated? Mine is just to the left of the tach.

That's because, the TC is on in the pic.
When the TC is switched off is when the light will stay on.

I noticed it would intermittently flash as I was taking off from a stop.
That is showing you when it's working.

Just read the Owner's manual to make sure.

Frankly, I like it that way.
Would be annoying as heck if that light stayed on all the time with the TC engaged.
