20s on small cars

I seen a ad in Vibe magazine that said they are amking 20s 22s 24s, and 28s for smaller cars.

I never knew there was 28 in rims. PLUS - they had a picture of a Mini Cooper on DUbbs. I wonder if itll work for the focus? Im sorry I dont remember the name of the company though.

Dude to even get anything larger than a 18 inch under the focus you will most likely have to roll the fenders.

Even 18's might need to have the fender rolling done.
