Well apparently these external hard drive enclosures Rosewill Armer RX304-APU3-35B - External 3.5" SATA III 6 Gb/s Hard Drive Enclosure - USB 3.0 & eSATA Connection, Aluminum Body, 80 mm Variable Speed Fan with On / Off Switch, LED Display Panel - Newegg.com

do not support hard drives that are 4tb . I've been using 1 with my X box one running it pretty much 24/7 with a Toshiba hard drive and after about the 4th day it starts rebooting the hard drive at random.

But luckily I have a 3 tb Western Digital elements ext hard drive that runs 24/7 and haven't had any issues from it at all.

That gaming board is an older board right? Whichever one has the features you want. Most of the time anything labeled gaming adds to the price. I think I'd go with the non-gaming board myself.

Well waiting on my board to be shipped back out, hopefully it'll be here by Monday. Also update on the laptop. Working great besides the now normal video card crash that happens every once in a while from Windows 10. Besides that everything works great and I'm liking Windows 10. Had to turn a lot of their spy stuff off, but I feel confident enough now to use it like my old laptop. This laptop is am amazing value for what you get. GTA V 1080p no problems, same with Battlefront. I do need to order a controller though, luckily my old logitech one works pretty good on GTA V, but I get confused when prompted due to the mislabeled buttons and not playing this game in a while lol

I don't think I even bothered to update it yet or if I did I don't remember.

I'm on Windows 10, all the problems I had have been fixed.

It seems that my antique gaming pc that I built probably 15 years ago is not supposed to be running Windows 10, only Windows 7 . And that might explain some of the rebooting for no reasons that I get.

So I guess its time to upgrade the board , but I'll end up having to get a new a new cpu also. And that's why I'm searching for a good combo deal .

Soo, looks like Newegg decided to not send a replacement board and just give me a refund. Guess I'm going up to Fry's or Directron tomorrow and picking up another board. Not sure I will go with Gigabyte again or not. Going to shop on those two sites and see what's available locally.
