i dont know for sure, but i have heard not. depends on who you sell it to. if you find some stupid kid, then yeah, it might. i have heard people usual get more money if they sell their aftermarket parts seperatly and sell the car stock. i dont know for sure, just passing along other peoples words. hopefully someone can give you some first hand knowledge. you might want to look at the buy/sell/trade forum of this sight to see what parts like yours are going for.

Just my humble opinion but, I think the more original a car is the better the chances of selling the car and getting a fair price. You customized the car to your taste and needs and it's usually tough to find somebody with your same tastes and needs. They're out there but the trick is to connect with them. Most buyers would rather start with a stock car and build it to their needs just like you probably did.
Also, most knowledgable buyers will be weary of any car that has performance mods because, in most cases, the car has probably been ran hard. This could lead to serious problems if the work wasn't done right and/or the car properly maintained. Nobody wants to give top dollar for these types of potential problems unless they know the seller and the cars history.
In my experiences buying and selling cars and motorcycles over the last 40+ years, it's tough to get your money back on any mods or accessories when you sell or trade the vehicle. If you do, it's usually only a fraction of the cost of the extras. You'll probably be better off restoring the car to as near as original as possible and selling anyhing that you remove. Good luck!
