Question FSWerks 4-1 Race Header + Race Exhaust w/ Silencer?

I've heard that the 4-1 Header + Race Exhaust = WAAAAAAAY too loud. So I was thinking.... my brother drives a moderately loud Integra GSR, but for casual driving he uses a silencer. The silencer makes a noticable difference. When it's not in and I stand behind the car, it's loud enough that I have to plug my ears. Same scenario but with the silencer in, and I can stand back there no problem. He can rev it as high as he wants but it never gets too loud.

So my main question here is, if I buy the obscenely loud Race Header/Exhaust combo and just want to be cheap (ala not buying a resonator) and dont care about the type sound it makes and I stick a silencer in the tailpipe, will this quiet things down enough for casual driving to the point that I can be comfortable? Because honestly, I'd like to use a silencer for casual driving, but take it out when I go racing.

Does the FSWerks exhaust even come with a silencer? I honestly don't know of any exhaust for the Focus that comes with one. I could be wrong though.

I just figured I could buy one that would fit the 2.5" exhaust pipe. I know they make different sizes, so perhaps all I'd have to do is just buy a 2.5" (or 2.4") silencer and smoosh it in there. It's pretty much as easy as that for my brother's Integra. Is there any reason why the FSWerks Race pipe would not allow a silencer to be placed into it? Like, is it a funny shape?

you can buy the silencer insert on ebay for like $12... my bro did this, his exhaust tip was 3.5'', made a world of difference and its on and off in 30 seconds or so... if its cold of course

Thats a good question. Did not even think about that. I have an inspection coming up in june here in Germany where I need to meet a db reading of 92db or lower and mine reads 125db. This would save me from putting my stock manifold back on.

If I could go the silencer route, I could save myself $60+ on my next order. I just wish I knew for sure if it would work and if it would fit the Race Exhaust.
