Hey fellas,
I wrecked my focus last weekend as some of you have seen in my last post. It's looking like they are going to call it a total loss. Here are 3 cars that I've found online that really peak my interest and are kinda on the rare side.

Candidate 1:

Candidate 1 is a Comp. Orange SVT
2003
86000 miles
All options inc recaros
Asking $7500 firm

more info and pics:
Here

Candidate 2:

Candidate 2 is a Infa-red ZX3
2004
28807 miles
premium package and power package
Rare 2.3L Dura
asking $9499

More info and pics:
Here

Candidate 3:

Candidate 3 is a CD-Silver SVT
2003
76455 miles
Hid's
Modified by ROUSH with Roush body kit and turbo

I like #1 because it's a SVT. I like #2 because it has low miles. I don't like #3 because it's been modified. #3 is only $270 more than #1, but it has 10000 less miles, and a turbo? Sounds fishy to me.

I agree more or less. If #3 is legit and wasn't a rebuilt totaled car.... turbo already installed, would be hard to pass up for me. But I would go over everything, paper work included with a fine tooth comb.

^^^Yes! #3 is a great deal, if it's in good shape. I meant to say that before!

Even though I drive a Comp Orange, CD Silver has always been my favorite color. Not to mention 10,000 less miles for only 270 dollars more.

i generally go for the car that's not been modified over one that has, but the turbo is tempting. it depends on you and how comfortable you are wrenching on your car. a car with an aftermarket turbo will require a lot more maintenance than a stock vehicle.

I voted for #1.

I voted Candidate 2 & 3.

Both have low mileage. I would probably lean more towards 2 though for the fact it has the 2.3L Dura which has been a well good start for modding.
