new guy here, looking to buy a focus

this is what I'm looking at currently http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...uperSpotlight=

what do i need to look out for? This will be my daily driver. I've heard of the clutch failing prematurely, is this correct? Also do i have to run 91 on this? Has anyone run a mix of e85 with 91? Thanks and hope to hear any and all advice/comments from you guys. Hopefully i will be a svt focus member here shortly. See ya.

WElcome to FF, Good luck.

Yes, you should really run 91 or better in an SVT, the regular zetec isn't tuned as high, so it will run on anything, but the SVT really likes the better fuel.It will run on 87 in a pinch, but the computer will pull timing and such.

There is a TSB (tech. bulletin) on the clutch from Ford on these cars. The replacement clutch works GREAT!
