Good deal from "stealership"?

So here's the deal...after alot of searching high and low, I'm seriously considering an '03 SVT EAP with 32000 miles on it from a dealership. It has all TSB's done and comes with an extended warranty for 11600....Good deal? The salesman emailed me the carfax, and has all records for work done(Clutch, flywheel, and slave cylinder replaced at 28500) at HIS dealership. It was owned by the head technician(So says the stealer man.ha) and he installed a short throw shifter, and replaced the rear hatch hydraulic pumps. The guy seems to be quite honest(It's a Mercedes Benz/Ford dealership) and had intelligent responses to my questions...rather than the "No clue what a TSB is." I recieved from most dealerships/car lots I called...which is nice. Not knowing what a TSB is as a dealership bothers me....So, any help would be much appreciated...beautiful car...recaro's, hid's, etc. Immaculate...but worth the asking price?

sorry is this a focus we are talking about? if it is i would say yes but you could get a lower cost for it. argue that it has some modifacations and some work done. most car places drop the price because of after market parts. (even though you want those parts you can act like you don't and tell him you will settle for them but you want a lower price and ask for one) hope this helps if not sorry.

Seems pretty reasonable. Low miles and lots of options.
