Your Ford dealership

How do you rate you Ford dealership? from the quality of service, quality of work, $$ they charge...etc.

I like mine, good service and very helpful, but they charge sooo much I wonder why I keep on going back!

I have several around my area, and I've only had good experience with one. When I was looking for a Focus I went to one and they weren't coming close to giving me what I wanted for my truck, so I told them I was leaving. They said they were test driving my truck so I couldn't go. They continued with their BS'ing and I said I want my keys so the sales manager picked them up off the counter where they were the whole time. Another dealer accused me of lying about my credit and that I was hiding something, which is why I couldn't qualify by myself.

Hagerstown Ford

techs cant read and body shop cant spray. salespeople are not customer-friendly and they really dont believe that the customer is right.

mine is a 1... well all of them in knoxville are 1s to me. they all try to force you to buy new cars, are not helpful, and are very rude to their customers. as far as repairs wise, they didnt help at all and they mark up their parts prices soooooo much. i dont even go near a ford dealership in knoxville anymore.

Future Ford of Concord.

Total garbage! If you live in the Bay Area....do not go there for repairs or anything.

Walnut Creek Ford is a different story...great parts department, great sales, and good service.
