I suppose it depends. I'm already a grand into wheels and tires, I'll probably end up sinking a grand or so into suspension, between a tune and HFC that I'll eventually need, and whatever other small toys I get, there's 2 large. When I have cash to throw around, I'll grab a set of Recaros, if I find the right deal. 3 grand. Then there's the boost at the end of the rainbow...

As of now the plan is to keep mods under 1k...but with everything available for the Focus and what the future might reveal, the plan might change.

for the benefit i hope...

I already have like 7k into it, so another 3-4k sounds plausible.

Some where around $500 currently,(just started modding the first of the year, plus new baby born 2/23/07) But, prob, finish around $2000-3000. Double that if my wife will let me go turbo.

Lol at "Ruin my Credit" option. Originally I wanted $1500-2000, but after everything is tallied it looks like over 2k, and that's not including little things (door sills, headlight paint, etc). So I voted 3-4000. i won't spend near that much though, unless in the future I add an LSD, 4.06 gears, upgraded clutch. All of which I'd love! But I don't want to go crazy, just spruce it up a bit, make a fun daily driver, and save for my M3. Yeah illinipo!

*edit* wow it's a perfect bell curve right now! 2,4,7,4,2
