Warranty Transfer -- Premium Care -- How is it done?

So I bought an 05 ST from a small (non-ford) dealer out of state (VA). I have heard the following from separate dealers regarding the transfer of the warranty.

Dealer 1
Service says: talk to sales
Sales says: talk to financee
Finance says: talk to service

Dealer 2
Service: You need a notorized letter from the original owner authorizing you to transfer it.

Dealer 3
Finance: (on Friday), I don't have the form, they can fax it to me, and you could come in on Monday and do the transfer.

Dealer 4
You need to go to the original dealer (which would be in MA)

Dealer 5
You need to call the warranty company, ford doesn't sell warranties.

Dealer 6
You need to call ford customer service.

Dealer 7
I don't know, the person who does know isn't here.

So what's the real process? What can I do to fix it? I know I'm not going to get the same service as I did with my Lexus. But this is insane. What can I tell the dealer to look at/call so they get a clue?

warrenty

is it a FORD ESP or a aftermarket warrenty. If it is a Ford ESP, you can call ESP help.... I dont know the number right now. I had to pay 50.00 to transfer mine, and i didnt purchase it from a ford dealer.... Thats all, if it is after market call the warrenty company that supplys the warrenty them selves.

You need to have the finance dept do the transfer. You will probably also need a letter from the original owner or if you know him bring him/her to the dealer.

There is a $50.00 transfer fee.
