Project Rally Sedan

I just picked up a 2004 focus SE sedan 5spd recently, and for some reason, had the urge to make a rally inspired car.

Mods so far (not much at all)
Spectre Cold Air Intake
big ass aluminum wing
14" 1986 mustang foxbody rally wheels
15 holes in the muffler for sound (bit of a budget build atm. already have a muffler to throw on it, but sadly i need money to fix the breaks and replace the starter on my mustang :( so the holes will have to do for sound for now haha)

next mod for it will be mudflaps (if that can count as a mod haha) then after winter a locally done, full custom exhaust.

Thats the plan! wont be until next year however. But that will give me more time to drive the car. Its my first 5spd and i havent driven FWD in 3 years so its quite a bit different for me. I love the car though. It seems to be a pretty tough little car.

I'll be getting some new progressive springs soon too. Looking for a stiffer ride. From what I have found

Zx3/Se/lx/zts:
Front: 110lbs
Rear: 117lbs

SVT:
Front:129lbs
Rear:157lbs

This explains how the progressive rate springs is suited for rally.

Mine definitely needs a stiffer ride. The body roll is ridiculous!!

SE is likely to have a rear sway bar, but I'm not so sure that's universal - does yours have that installed?
