SVT just the beginning

I have had this car for a few weeks.

Its got 110k on it. Suspension is done, so is the passenger LBJ. I have ordered stock replacement SVT struts and shocks from Jegs. As well as a set of Moog LBJ's

However I did find them cheaper on Summit after I ordered them.

I think I am going to go with a Progressive coil also. Something a little stiffer rally-X dreams.
So far I have replaced the stock Clutch line with the braided one from CFM
CFM Performance Hydraulic Clutch Line for 2000-2007 Focus Zetec/Duratec (Exc. SVT)
and replaced the rear shocks.

The ball joints should show up this week so I will get those installed then start looking more closely at springs.

Got my box o ball joints today. I went with just the BJ instead of the the whole control arm so I won't waste good bushings when I get the ES poly ones. I got a couple pairs of the coil spring isolators also for the rear on there way.

Timing belt was done at 99k I believe.

Ball joints done. But it looks like my a-arm bushings are a little out of spec. I better add some poly ones to the cart.

Looks like a nice project car!

Not to rub it in further but the struts could've been had for even less at Tasca, Autonation, or Village Ford. They're great for big orders for OEM parts.

My idea of bad karma would be more like packing cheaper/wrong part in the box and returning it... but still, the hassle and the shipping back isn't worth it.

What other plans do you have for it?
