Cool Cleaning the yellow headlights, best solution ever...

Change the whole front end? Past 8 months I had to buff the yellow headlights at least once every two months. Enough is enough...

Euro grille from Litvia bought through eBay - $45 shipped to my door
Euro bottom grille bought here and I don't remember from who and for how much :(
Headlights bought with eBay bucks so practically free - $120 shipped
Mach 1 lip/chin spoiler - $56 shipped

Looks much better. :) I'm still looking for rims, and soon wagon will receive nice tints :). I already put svt front springs, rear is untouched as I have heavy stuff in my trunk most of the time ;)

Before someone ask, the turn signals from oem grille were wired to the headlight :)

Here is the Mach 1 Lip.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/99-04-Mustan...264bc1&vxp=mtr

You have to modify it tho to work with Focus bumper. You have to cut about 6 inches of each side and cut it in places where it has to bent to fit to the bumper. I've put 4 of these on my previous focuses so for me this is an easy job ;)

wooooaaah, yeah I'm not too good with modifying it. No real good tools nor a garage. I'll think about it tho. Looks great on your ride. You should get a custom euro plate for the front!

All you need is a good knife to cut the plastic, drill to drill holes for the clips/screws and a jack to lift the front so you have plenty of room to operate the drill etc. I don't have a garage either ;)

The tricky part is drilling the holes because bottom of the bumper has only half inch lip so drilling holes right in the middle of it might be a bit challenging ;) But it's worth it.

Here is my previous wagon:

So tempting because it looks so good. I'll think about it. What size holes did you need to drill?

and were there any modifications for the euro front grill?

If I remember correctly I used 17/64 drill.

On euro grill you have to cut off 1x2 inch piece of plastic on the top so you have access to your hood latch handle. Getting emplem is hard. I used emblem from my oem grille for now ( holds on double sided 3m tape ), but it's too small and I can't remember from which car I used correct size emblem :|

Why does ford have to make it so complicated. I think I could do the trimming on the grill to make it fit. It's a really nice look, completely different from stock. Did you cut off the blinkers that go behind the grill or is there space for them?
